i still remember my first article that i wrote when i was in primary 6 in st. agnes...the article was suppose to be a part of the Sunday Times competition, if im not mistaken, where all the participants will be rewarded pizza hut vouchers, apart from the real winners..i dunno if the competition is still being held now but i do remember how the excitement on me given the opportunity to write the article...
as we just moved to our house now, all of our things haven't been unpacked properly...the dining table was in the spare room, the computer's in the living room and the tv's in the bathroom..something like thaaatt...lol!and as i told u before, my schoolmate wasn't the usuaaaal primary schooler in which their school shoes are adidas' instead of Bata..remember???sooo..i oso wanted to do a good job at it and impress them..and i did my article using the computer...(as a reminder, kids at that age does not do their homeworks in the computer like kids nowadays..that was quite impressive at that time, for me)..and damn right, they were impressed!!but i was feeling kind of like fish out of water because all of my friends was like decorating it by hands..and mine was an article typed on a background of a cartoon house...a house, u say??because the article was about safety in house..lol!!

oh ya..just as a precautionary story..
my sis' new house in Miri was broken in just a few days ago..last sunday if im not mistaken..her previous house in Bintulu was also broken in earlier this year, around my birthday (12th jan)..last time, nearly all of their possession was taken such as tvs, handphones, psp's and even their cats(persian dua ekor lg that)....this time, the burglar, who i think is a desperate guy, broke into the house during daylight, just within minutes since my sis n her husband went out..the house developer called them in 15 min after they left the house and reported the break in..luckily,it was daylight and the neighbours heard the burglars out..luckily there were no one at home and the only things taken was her sewing machine (she sew oilcloth bags professionally apart from her real job)..pity her kan!u can see the play-by-play here...
moral of this story was??
go get a grill for ur doors and windows and be good to your neighbour!!!

those are great tips! my house was broken last year, and we lost a laptop, dvd player & brother's nike shoes..ugh. screw the burglars. now we're taking extra precautionary measures..huhu..be careful yeah :)
