my phone sequence~~

do you still remember what your first mobile phone was??

well, i did..and i still remember which phone was the one i wanted first, and didn't get.. and at what age i did get a phone....and what my first no. phone was...

it's all clear in my head~~

my dad is a person who train us materialistically...not in a bad way laaa...he will promise us if we get good grades, he'll buy us what we want afterwards....(within a reasonable range la)

well he didn't start it when we were like 6 years old la..DUH!!he started it when me and my sibs where old enough for big examinations such as upsr, pmr and spm...

for my upsr, i was in an Elite school..schools with high profile parents and students..felt kinda like a reindeer in highlights as even their school shoes are also branded like nikes and adidas' and mine?Bata i think..hehehhe!!yalah...that's normal for primary schoolers, nikes and all that was not..it was normal there at the school la..and most importantly!!!nearly all of them have HANDPHONES!!!!and all i wanted for my upsr was a handphone, specifically a Samsung Blue Eye!!

well, eventually i did scored in flying mlying colors...and didn't get the phone!!!looking back then, what did a 12 year old in 2001 really need a phone for??i won't have a friend to text with, i'll just be talking to the phone with my mom and dad, and i won't even develop a sense of responsibility enough to guard the phone with my life...literally,just will be a waste of time and money!!

then i entered a boarding school (sms sabah) and had to use a phone card to call mom and dad, in which the seniors always "borrowed" some of ours (juniors) and didn't pay us back..typical, typical push over seniors laaa...and eventually dad gave me a 3310 when i was in form 2, the most famous mobile phone of the decade, to use...

and later a 2100...

which was confiscated by the OH-so-GREAT prefects!!

and ended up using the 3310 again until the 2100 was later returned to me back at the end of form 2...

after that, i didn't really use my handphone much as i was in form 3 and teenagers my age were not using handphone much still..and after obtaining a good result in pmr, i got this....

a nokia 6600 a.k.a. nokia sabun..

my fav still!!

and then after spm, this....

and after got accepted for UMS this....

and later days, i eventually got a phone each time for my birthday..lol!!well, it's not like i didn't get good grades aight..i did..and only during my burfday was my father thaaaat lenient to get me something that i wanted..lol!!

for my 21st (and my mom said my last) birthday present...

an lg GD900 crystal..

and later on for my success in obtaining my first dean's list award (and my 22nd birthday, i think)...

an iphone 3gs...

p.s: this is not a show-offing post..just thought that it will be great posting something that i remembered since i was young...LOL!
