Watermark process made convenient

Hello all!
Have you had a happy Ramadhan so far? No because you are hungry everytime? Yes? Well, anyhoo.. Today, i am actually going to talk again on why we need to watermark our pictures. As opposed to my previous (and i mean last year's) post about the importance of watermarking, this years reason is about people taking credits from your pictures.

As i just heard my dad talking while he was checking his FB account (yes, my dad's a cool mainstream guy), a friend of his took a picture of the stranded whale in Kuala Penyu, and the picture got taken by a big television network for it's news section. After that incident, the friend of my dad's terus watermarked his photos. My dad also experienced something like that, if i'm not mistaken, last year during the Pesta Rumbia  season. Buuuuuuuut, his was watermarked. The "journalist" simply cut off the watermarked areas and published it as his own (in his blog as well as his article in the state's newspaper). The nerve of some ppl. Tsk3..

 Sooooo, i present to you...

Melissa's guide to convenient Watermarking via iPhone/iPad

1. Purchase a watermark apps such as iWatermark, Impression, etc. I downloaded the iWatermark for the iPad.

2. Choose either using the ready-made watermarks or simply make your own custom-made watermark.

3. Fill in the watermark to the chosen photo. Adjust to own taste.

4. Publish!

And honestly, this is way waaaaaaayy simpler than using photoshop. Have fun watermarking!

P.s: Will be updating about the whale story later eventhough it's quite late.. But hey, the main function of this blog is actually as a virtual event reminder for me~
