the wonders of anti-histamines

following the entry title above, i would like to give something informative about

ANTI-HISTAMINES!!!!

following the suddenly-allergic-to-seafood-after-22-years-of-living incident, i suddenly have the urge of googling the medications i buy or given to me via clinics n stuff, every time..

so last night, prior the steamboating occasion for my mom's birthday party part 2 at the so-so "delightful" Windbell Steamboat Restaurant in Tanjung Aru,

i manage to buy some antihistamines that probably should work delightfully..

(note on the word probably)..

the ubat is zyrtec cetrizine HCL...

and worked wondrous!!

no hives or swelling in sight..waited for about 3 hours after the seafood-eating, and nothing happened..and slept like a baby...

A histamine antagonist, commonly referred to as antihistamine, is a pharmaceutical drug that inhibits action of histamine by blocking it from attaching to histamine receptors.
